Our move out cleans include our one-of-a-kind Security Deposit Guarantee: if you get money taken out of your security deposit for re-cleaning, you send us a copy of the invoice and we cut you a check. Period.


For Sellers

Selling a home can be a nightmare, and who knew it would be so stressful and expensive? We have several customizations available for sellers in different situations. For sellers moving out of state, we can offer spiff cleans to touch up before or after an Open House. For sellers staying in the home while it is on the market, we offer a modified checklist that only includes what you need. We understand that selling is different for each family, and can discuss your specific needs during your free in-home consultation.

  • Can you do part of the house?

    We cannot do part of the house and still offer our Security Deposit Guarantee: if deficiencies are found, your invoice will not indicate whether it was our work or yours that was deficient, and we cannot guarantee work that we did not do.

  • What do you need from me?

    We need your utilities to be on, the house to be accessible, and the house to be empty. If we arrive and the house is not in ready condition, there is a minimum $100 fee to reschedule. (It’s $0 if you just let us know the night before).

  • Do I need to be home?

    You don’t! In fact, we prefer if you are absent for three reasons. 1) There’s a pandemic going on. 2) We can jam out to Disney songs without judgment. 3) You need to go take a break: get a latte, hang out at the park, do something for you!

  • What do I need to do or provide?

    Four things: access to the home, utilities on, house empty, and a credit card on file. That’s it. You have enough on your plate, so don’t worry about it. If you can handle those four things, we can take care of everything else.

  • How did that Security Deposit Guarantee work?

    If you get money taken out of your security deposit for recleaning, send us an invoice, and we will cut you a check. Note: this does not include other charges (lost keys, maintenance issues, etc).
