Our Story
Amber Starling founded this company in May 2017 at the age of 24. She started with herself, $100 worth of cleaning supplies from Dollar General, and the vacuum from her house.
In 2018, she became the first IICRC Certified House Cleaning Technician in the state of Kansas and hired her first employee. In 202, she became a Journeyman Textile Cleaner with the IICRC.
In 2020, in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, we re-evaluated our core values and rediscovered true north. At this time, we re-wrote our mission statement into what it is today: “to prove that you don’t have to be an evil corporation to be a successful company.”
She is a speaker at the 2021 ISSA Convention on recruiting and retaining young employees; she partners with Kansas State University’s School of Business and the Fort Riley Employment Readiness Group as a guest speaker on Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
